The Carroll County Genealogy Society has called the Glidden Public Library home since 2000.
Meetings are held on the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. in the Library reading room.
Traveling Tales is an outreach program that is provided to the area daycare centers. Book bags filled with books and coloring pages are delivered on a monthly basis to the seven day care homes in Glidden. Delivery and pick up is provided.
Home book delivery is available for anyone in Glidden who is unable to travel to the library.
Interlibrary Loan is available to all patrons who desire materials that are not readily available at the Glidden Public Library. Inter-library loan is able to obtain materials from other libraries that are beyond the scope of this library’s collection.
